Piano Instruction

Lessons are designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each student. This includes a balance of theory, sight-reading, ear training and repertoire appropriate to the student's level of proficiency.

Yearly tuition includes a reserved spot in the studio and core music as needed each semester. The monthly payment does not change regardless of the actual number of lessons per month. Piano Pathways, and Private Lessons include group lesson kickoffs, mastermind lessons, AND music camp workshops or practice packets. Quarterly group lessons are a free bonus!

When students need to miss their regular lesson, you may request an online lesson during the scheduled time of the student's lesson, or a recorded video lesson that can be viewed at home at your convenience. (See FAQ page for more info).

Piano Pathways

Piano Pathways

Piano Pathways is an immersive music experience that gives students more time to learn piano in a fun and well-balanced environment. Students 6 years and up attend for 60 minutes and rotate in 3 independent music stations (Private Instruction, Music Theory Lab and Performance Lab) fostering musical creativity and skill development.

It is strongly recommended that students have access to an iPad at home with iPadOS 14 or higher as home assignments can include pieces via the Piano Maestro app.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons

30 min. Private lessons for ages 5 years and up. This is option is great for young beginners as well as intermediate to advanced teenagers. Quarterly bonus group lessons are included and replace the regular lesson of that week. Regular practice is expected.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons with Lab Bonus

Private lessons with lab include 60 minutes of instruction for students ages 7 and up. Each session consists of a 30-minute private lesson, complemented by an additional 30 minutes in the piano lab. The independent lab session takes place during another student's private lesson, providing an opportunity for students to enhance their musical skills in an enriching learning environment. Regular practice is expected.

Asynchronous Lessons

Asynchronous Lessons

Asynchronous lessons allow students to learn pieces in the Piano Pronto or Pianimals method on their own schedule. Video lessons will be sent inside the Practice Space app each week that videos are scheduled. Students are encouraged to send recordings back for written feedback for the following week.

*This option does not include camps, yearly incentive program participation or recital participation. Students are welcome to participate in group lessons if applicable and desired.

Adult Lessons

Adult Lessons

It’s never too late to play the piano. Whether you are Learning to play the piano now as an adult or brushing up on your previous skills, playing the piano will bring you and your family much joy! Click here for 5 top benefits in playing the piano as an adult. Lessons can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. Students enrolled in the bi-weekly option may not progress as quickly as those enrolled in the weekly option.

*Adult lessons do not include group lesson kickoffs, mastermind lessons, music camp workshops or summer practice packets.

Our Music Technology and Keyboard Lab uses state-of-the-art resources to provide supplemental training. Students will broaden their musical knowledge in the areas of:

Group Lessons

Group Lessons

Most of the course offerings listed above include group lessons, which are held several times each year. Group lessons are a great way for students to interact with each other, learn and grow, and have fun! Group lessons cover music-related topics that broaden students' horizons, and provide context and color to the material covered in weekly lessons.
